International Toplac

Toplac is a premium gloss marine enamel for all substrates above the waterline. It is exceptionally easy to apply by brush, roller or pad and contains UV filters for increased durability. Toplac has excellent flow characteristics and is available in a range of bright colours. With over twice the life of ordinary alkyd enamels, its unique chemical structure enables Toplac to outperform traditional finishes.

Product Questions

Can you use International paints and varnish on a dinghy hull. Whilst it’s below the water line, it’s not always on the water as it lives on a trailer when not in use: Yes you can. The reference to use "above the waterline only" applies to boats kept on a mooring, where of course you would have to use anti foul anyway.
