Is available for order values over £50, below 90cm in length, below 10kg and delivered to the UK mainland. For order values over £50 to UK Islands and Highlands (inc. Ireland) <2kg. This excludes returns. Note: This should not be used for urgent or time critical orders. Certain items are excluded from free delivery that must be sent by a specialist carrier i.e. liquids, aerosols, paint.
Delivery Charges (for the UK and Export)
We keep our delivery charges to a minimum and offer a number of delivery options so we can better meet your needs. You can easily see what a product or complete order will cost to be delivered by selecting "Delivery Estimate" on the product page or in the shopping cart. If the delivery estimate is incorrect or unsuitable, we will always contact you before proceeding. If an order is significantly over 15kg we will contact you with a revised quote before proceeding (if applicable).
Delivery Charges (Export)
For delivery outside the UK our Delivery Estimater will only show you Airmail rates (this is a basic estimate for guidence only). We will contact you with carrier quotes, to seek your approval for your preferred method of delivery. Note it is only possible for us to give an accurate cost for delivery when you have placed an order. Export delivery costs are offen greatly effected by the size and/or weight of goods, so the order must be picked and packed to give accurate delivery options. No export order is sent without the delivery cost being confirmed by the customer. No payment is taken until the order is sent.
Despatch and Order Despatch Cut Off
We guarantee to despatch your confirmed non free delivery order the same working day if we receive it before 3.00pm Monday to Friday - subject to availability and your payment authorisation. Normal Next Day delivery is the next working day, this excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays. If you require Saturday or Bank Holiday delivery please select the option for this, if not available please call us for advice. If you can't call us, please note in the order notes and we will advise the costs.
Delivery of Long or Large Items
As a rule no carrier will guarantee delivery of items over 100cm, even if ordered on a Next Day, 1-2 Day service. This is because such items have to be manually sorted/handled and a suitable vehicle needs to be available for the final part of the delivery (particularly relevant when 250cm+ long). Every effort will be made to meet the schedule. Please make us aware of any deadline, so we can advise if this is possible.

Items cancelled or returned for refund or exchange - More Info
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 1 month of the day that you receive your order. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. In the unlikely event of a carriage free order being returned for a refund, we will normally deduct the cost of the original delivery to you from your refund.
Card Payment and Security - More Info
We do charge a processing fee for the use of credit cards/PayPal - with the exception of puchases of complete boats. In this case you will always be advised of the charge so you can make alternative arrangements for payment if required. We accept credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. This website will NOT process or take any payment from your Card or PayPal until your order is ready to be despatched. Our 128-bit encrypted secure server complies with all PCI requirements plus is backed by a £6,000 warranty against fraudulent use.
Due to additional security checks that are required for new customers - your order dispatch may be delayed until the following day. This is due to your credit card or debit card issuer and is beyond our control. We will always attempt to contact you by phone and/or email to seek your assistance.
Any important or relevant info regarding the order i.e. deadline, non standard delivery requirements etc should be advised in 'Special Instructions' when confirming the order. Otherwise we will send the order by the most appropriate/ economic means.
A business delivery address is preferable when your order is being sent by carrier as a signature is required upon receipt. Also, residential addresses are often more difficult to locate and as a result deliveries may be delayed.
Please note that you will be responsible for all carriage charges (to and from your address) if your order is refused or not collected from your local office.
