Roughly speaking - our delivery charges are kept to a minimum - most low value or small items are sent by First Class letter post - if an order is too heavy or valuable to go by Letter Post - it will go by our subsidised carrier @ £6.99 (there are a few exceptions).

Card Payment and Security
This website will NOT process or take any payment from your Card. This will be done later in our Back Office. We will only charge your card when the goods are despatched. Our 128-bit encrypted secure server is backed by a £6,000 warranty against fraudulent use. We do not use an internet processing bureau.
Please note that a 2% charge is applied to orders made using American Express credit cards - this does NOT apply to any other debit or credit card.
Despatch
We guarantee to despatch your confirmed order same day if we receive it before 3.00pm Monday to Friday - subject to availability and your payment authorisation.
Important
Due to additional security checks that are required for new customers - your order despatch may be delayed until the following day. This is due to your credit card or debit card issuer and is beyond or control.
Any important or relevant info regarding the order i.e. deadline, non standard delivery requirements etc should be advised in 'Special Instructions' when confirming the order. Otherwise we will send the order by the most appropriate/ economic means.
UK
Where possible your order will be despatched by first class post. Orders over 1.5kg or of High value are sent by our Next day Courier Delivery unless you specifically instruct us otherwise via 'Special Instructions' when confirming your order. Please note that orders sent by letter post over 1.5kg can cost substantially more than the carrier charge of £6.99 and may not be insured.
Important
A business delivery address is preferable when your order is being sent by carrier as a signature is required upon receipt. Also, residential addresses are often more difficult to locate and as a result deliveries may be delayed.
Please note that you will be responsible for all carriage charges (to and from your address) if your order is refused or not collected from your local office.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
This Post Office service is a guaranteed next day service and will normally be used for fragile or high value orders up to 1.0kg (our Next Day courier will be used for items above this weight)
100g - £4.50, 0.5kg - £4.95, 1.0kg - £6.50
PLEASE NOTE: Fragile items and/ or high value items will not be sent by First Class post. Such items will be sent by Royal Special Delivery or Next Day carrier, whichever is cheaper.
Additional packing charges may be required for long or fragile items and will be added at cost - this should not normally exceed £9.99 or £14.95 some foils or P.O.A. if 2.5m+
International Delivery
Where possible your order will be despatched by Airmail. High value or heavy orders will be sent by DHL, TNT or Fedex as appropriated. We will always quote accordingly at cost, using;
Royal Mail Post Office rates and delivery times. (select "Overseas" etc etc)
We will normally send by "International Signed For Small Packets" with compensation/insurance increased to the level required for the order.
