Order Notes
On the last page of the Shopping Cart you can add order notes. This can be for anything relevant to the order such as:
- Items you can't find on the website, however you must give part numbers (either ours or the manufacturers) - otherwise the order will be delayed or the note ignored to save delay.
- Order details that we might need, to clarify something you have ordered
- Delivery instructions (if we are sending by carrier i.e. leave in garage)
- Critical time scale (regatta, event, birthday)
- Vat reclaim form (there is normally a £5 charge for these)
- Please DO NOT request 'fixings to suit' - since we have no way of knowing what depth or type of material you are working with.
