Live Despatch Status

This means that, if you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, we'll despatch the same day . If you order after 3pm, we'll still try to despatch that day but, if we can't, we'll despatch the following working day. Items ordered after 3pm Friday or over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. 

Standard Next Day delivery on Friday is Monday. Saturday delivery is available but it is expensive.

This means that these goods will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days of ordering. If despatch is going to be longer than 5 working days, we'll contact you with a revised date which you can either accept or cancel the order, as you wish.

This means that these goods will normally be despatched within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Normally despatch is closer to 1 week - but please allow 2 weeks.

This means that our supplier has advised us of a delay and we are uncertain of availability - so please contact us so we can give you more info. You can still order this item - and it will be sent to you as soon as it is available. You will not be charged until it is despatched.
