Loyalty Points Are Awarded When Your Shopping Basket Exceeds £25

Your shopping basket will show you how many loyalty points you will be awarded if you 'Proceed To Checkout'. 

When can I redeem my loyalty points?
Previously awarded loyalty points can be redeemed when you 'Proceed To Checkout'. You can choose when and how many to redeem.

How can I see how many loyalty points I have been awarded on my previous orders?
Go to 'Login' and you will see a list of all your orders and the loyalty points previously earned and spent Show me my loyalty points.

Please remember this offer is only available to on-line customers. You are welcome to place your order through our telesales department - but you will not be allocated any Loyalty Points. Some products are not included in this scheme, notably Laser branded products such as sails, XD kit, rigs and spars. Also Sale or Discounted items are not included.
Should the system incorrectly give you points on such items, you will be advised by email, and you can choose to cancel your order.

• You need at least 25 Loyalty Points before you can redeem any of them in your shopping basket
• Loyalty Points for your current order are only available to you AFTER your order has been completed
• Loyalty Points must be used within 18 months of being awarded
