AOL and some web based email accounts - plus some non web accounts After you have made your password reset, you may need to also check your Spam or Bulk folders not just your Inbox. To prevent sailboats.co.uk emails from being incorrectly treated as spam or junk email, please add sales@sailboats.co.uk to your contacts or safe email address list.
We monitor this service daily to ensure it is working and it always is. If after pressing "Reset Password", waiting a few minutes and you have still not received your password then you have an issue with your email (either blocked or some other 'local' issue).
